We are currently looking for a Personnel Department Inspector (military accounting)

Your tasks:

• Conduct personnel administration in accordance with labor legislation;
• Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts in full;
• Consultation/interaction with employees of the enterprise on issues related to military accounting;
• Interaction with TCC and joint ventures, others by state bodies regarding issues of military accounting;
• Formation of personnel documentation (acceptance, transfer, dismissal, mobilization, decrees, all types of vacations, business trips, etc.);
• Issue and maintenance of accounting documents and personal files of employees;
• Maintenance of employee time sheets enterprises;
• Formation of data and internal reports as needed.

We expect from the candidate:

• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts;
• Experience in military accounting;< /li>
• Experience of communication with TCC and JV (will be an advantage);
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and interaction with employees of other departments.
