Key tasks:

• support of the process of providing material assistance to Bank employees;
• maintenance of staff list (further SR), making changes to it and submitting for approval;
• cooperation with the heads of structural units in terms of approving changes to the SR;
• preparation of orders: on the establishment of salaries and allowances for employees, on the payment of financial assistance, submission of orders for approval;
• support of the planned organizational structure in the software as a whole for the Bank;
• participation in the automation of processes and analytical reporting of the unit.

This position requires:

• higher education;
• work experience in the field of staff list support or payroll administration;
• attention to details, ability to work with large data sets;
• advanced user of Excel, Word;
• tendency to analytical work, desire to learn.
