Inspector of personnel department in Ajax Systems

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine (admission, transfer, dismissal).
• Working with 1C ZUP, maintaining personnel documentation.
• Formation absenteeism of employees (orders, acts), bonuses and other payments.
• Automation of personnel accounting.
• Development regulatory documents (instructions, regulations).
• Employee consultations on personnel matters.

Task:

• Personnel administration according to Labor Code of Ukraine (procedure for admission, transfer, dismissal of employees).
• Documentation of employee absences (orders for all types of vacations, acts of absence from the workplace, etc. ).
• Automation of personnel accounting.
• Documentation of bonuses and other payments employees.
• Working with the 1C ZUP database, carrying out all personnel documentation.
• Development of regulatory documents: official instructions, regulations, etc.
• Employee consultations on personnel issues/
