What needs to be done:

• Development of a training and development plan for personnel;
• Development and compilation of presentations and methodological materials for them (service, communication);
• Develop, organize and conduct regular training events in formats online/offline (trainings, meetings, master classes, webinars, etc.);
• Post-training support;
• Conducting tests and systematic assessment of knowledge;
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of educational events.

It will be cool if you:

• Have successful experience in organizing/conducting educational events;
• Able to create presentation materials, master Power Point;
• Have excellent communication skills, able to work with an audience.
