Information technology specialist (support line operator) in INFOTEH, DP

INFOTECH is a state-owned IT company that is part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. For more than 6 years, we have been developing and selling software products under the MIA trademark. In addition, INFOTECH is an official provider of IT solutions for government institutions. Our projects cover a wide range of areas, including cryptographic protection, digital transformation, as well as IT solutions for medicine, education, finance, government and telecommunications.

Your tasks will be:

• Reception and processing of incoming calls and inquiries, providing advice and solving customer questions
• Working in MIA Projects, processing applications from customers and creating tasks
• Studying the company's products and services to provide advice to users
• Education of institutions as needed

What is needed for this:

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a high level for working with users
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflict situations
• Work experience in a medical institution (preferred, but not required)
• Education not lower than secondary
• Desire to learn and quickly learn a software product and new information
