• Consideration of comments, complaints, statements, petitions and proposals received by the Enterprise. 
• Analysis of legislative norms related to the provision of electronic public services and other services by means of the Diya portal. 
• Preparation of responses to appeals and requests received by the Enterprise. 

• Correspondence with state authorities, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership. 

• Ability to analyze the business processes of services provided by means of the Diya portal. 

Working in the electronic document management system "ASKOD"

Requirements:

• Higher education. 
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. 
• Willingness to work in the office. 
• Experience of working with the electronic document management system "ASKOD".
