Support manager

Obov connections:

- Processing warm customers through sales sources (site, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);

- Processing reasoning customers;

- Communication with suppliers and processing purchase orders;

- Work with negative comments.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;

• English language level B1, B2 (will be an advantage);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Time management and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.

Terms:

• Schedule 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
• Office in 5 minutes from the Lukyanivska metro;
