Our team is looking for: Manager of technical support of the information system

Requirements for our candidate:  

• Higher education
• Experience in the administration of information systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing and formalizing end-user requirements (or medical software specialists);
• Experience in technical support will be an advantage;
• Skills in working with MS Excel and the Power Query Excel add-in will be an advantage;
• Skills in documenting technical processes and creating user instructions;
• Willingness to learn and improve skills in the field of information technology and user support.

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• Supporting users and regional coordinators when working with the information and analytical system "Management of services in the field of combating socially dangerous diseases" (hereinafter - IAS "MPSSNZ").
• Providing advisory assistance to users on the construction of reporting forms and their validation.
• Conducting training on the updated functionality of the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Creating new and editing existing users and institutions in the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Conducting an audit of the work of users in the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
• Providing advice on the modernization and creation of new directories of the IAS "MPSPSNZ".
