Qualification requirements:

• Basic knowledge of PC structure, principles of local network operation
• Understanding of Windows administration
• Knowledge of methods for identifying and eliminating problems with equipment and software
• General understanding of modern IT technologies and tools communication

Key responsibilities: 

• Providing technical support to internal users of information services
• Receiving requests (telephone and electronic)
• Identifying and solving problems with computers, office equipment and software
• User consultations
• Working with problematic situations and their solution
