Requirements:
- has a higher education with a specialization in the fields of cyber security and information protection or has a higher education with a specialization in the field of information technologies, informatization and telecommunications;
- experience in banking is desirable;
- work experience in ACSC, KNEDP, ZC and/or CZO (preferred);
- understanding of key certification centers, in part, formation and maintenance of qualified electronic signature certificates, for creating a qualified electronic signature (KEP) and/or encryption documents;
- experience in backing up databases and restoring databases (from a copy);
- experience in developing instructions, action algorithms, description of processes, etc.;
- knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of electronic identification and electronic trust services,
- Knowledge of electronic document management and information protection; knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27002, ETSI EN 319 401:2022 standards.
Registration administrator (operator) is responsible for:
- identification, authentication, verification of KNEDP clients;
- providing assistance to signatories during the generation of key pairs (if necessary);
- processing of documents and requests submitted by clients.
- participation in restoring the KNEDP ICS after failures;
Registration operators can perform duties of registration of KNEDP clients at separate registration points.
- Generation, use and storage of the Provider's personal key and servers' personal keys Provider;
- Control of the procedures for formation, cancellation, blocking and renewal of certificates;
- Ensuring the relevance of backup copies of key certificate databases;
- Ensuring the formation of certificates and lists of revoked certificates of the Provider ;
- Participation in the development and implementation of proposals for improving the Provider's strategic project management processes;
- keeping logs accounting, provided by the documentation of SUIB ICS KNEDP;
- administration of Windows servers (AD/GPO), Linux servers;
- administration of antivirus protection systems;
- participation in conducted controls and KNEDP audits;
- participation in projects on the provision of electronic trust services.
- providing suggestions for improving and improving compliance with KNEDP security requirements and functioning of the complex.
- ensuring and maintaining the operational efficiency of the "IIT" Key Certification Center;
