UX/UI designer in Diya

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who has a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for an international product. You must have solid knowledge of UX/UI design principles, experience working with various design tools and technologies, and be able to analyze design trends in different countries and work out tasks in conditions of high uncertainty.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the UX/UI design process, working closely with product managers and developers.
• Assist in user and international market research initiatives to inform design decisions.
• Participate in supporting the Action System Design, and also create individual visual themes for international projects, ensuring consistency and high quality of all digital products.
• Present design work to stakeholders and effectively formulate design solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of design and technology. To implement new ideas and methods in their work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience working with enterprise-level digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of UX/UI design work, including wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Advanced mastery of a number of design tools, including Figma.
• Understanding of HIG principles, Material Design and responsive design practices for web, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Good communication skills, ability to formulate design solutions and constructively receive feedback.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Proven experience of working in a cross-functional team, effective cooperation with product managers, developers and other interested parties.
• Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-Intermediate level
