Information Security Manager in Innoware

Demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the need of business to abandon 1C and other Russian systems . Therefore, we are growing and invite candidates for the position of Information Security Manager (Information Security Manager). 

Key tasks:

1. Information security strategy: develop and implement an information security policy, ensure its compliance, conduct appropriate internal audits.

2. Protection of information systems:

• Perform monitoring and analysis of threats and vulnerabilities of the company's information systems.
• Implement tools for detection, prevention and elimination of threats.
• Identify incidents, ensure their elimination.
• Manage and ensure information security in cooperation with third parties - with suppliers and partners, during the integration of third-party services, etc.
• Organize the provision and control of access to IT resources. Administer cloud services and Microsoft server products in terms of information security.
• Organize the processes of safe storage, management and deletion of data.

3. Certification, compliance with standards:

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements (ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Manage the ISO 27001 certification project, participate in external audits, monitor corrective measures and further monitor compliance with certification requirements.

4. Conduct trainings for the Innoware team on the basics of information security.

5. Security engineering: choose, implement and manage security tools (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus programs, etc.).

Qualification:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in information security audits.
• Will an advantage: experience in passing IT certification (ISO 27001, SOC, etc.) and / or supporting compliance with the requirements of such certification.
• Knowledge and experience in working with data protection tools (Firewall, IPS/IDS, SIEM, EPP, DLP, Vulnerability scanner, IAM, WAF, etc.).
• Understanding the Secure SDLC process.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft solutions and platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory DS, Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure).
• Understanding basic technologies of IP networks: Routing, VPN, DNS.
• Experience in writing documentation .
• Higher technical education.
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate/B1 level (reading, writing), confident command of the Ukrainian language.
