Expert in the Department of Monitoring and Management of Safety Information and Evaluation of Periodically Updated Safety Reports of the Pharmacovigilance Department

Functional duties in the position of an expert:

• Preparation of informational materials on the safety of the use of medicines;
• Monitoring of information on the safety of the use of medicines on official websites strict regulatory agencies, formation of information messages.
• Participation in the implementation of the signal management procedure.
• Processing of letters - appeals to specialists of the health care system, the public, medical and/or pharmaceutical workers, drug users, etc.
• Participation in the development of a regulatory framework on pharmacovigilance issues.
• Participation in the preparation and organization of conferences, seminars, trainings, Skype conferences on pharmacovigilance issues.
• Evaluation of periodically updated reports on the safety of medicinal products.
• Observance of the rules and norms of labor protection, labor discipline, rules of internal procedure, fire safety rules.
• Performance of tasks qualitatively, on time and in full.
• Planning and reporting on work done.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher medical, pharmaceutical education, work experience of at least 2 years.
• Work experience in the field of pharmacovigilance will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (read and translate medical and technical documentation);
• Ability and ability to work with a large amount of information, work in a team, perform well and in a timely manner their official duties.

Working conditions:

• Official employment, social guarantees according to the labor legislation of Ukraine: salary + allowances, vacation 31 calendar days;
• Working schedule: Mon-Thurs from 09:00 to 17:00: 30, on Friday from 09:00 to 16:30.
