Proliska announces a competition for a vacant position "Information Manager" in Uzhgorod

Public organization "Proliska" - non -profit, non -political humanitarian organization, which since 2014 provides comprehensive assistance and protection to the population, which was affected by hostilities in Ukraine. providing psychological assistance to the victims; consulting on social issues; providing humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; assistance to institutions and institutions where IDPs were found; Promotion in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat and in de -industrial areas where regular transportation is not functioning.

and. Contestant requirements:

• Higher education;
• a minimum of five years of professional experience; (not lower than Advanced level), Ukrainian and Russian;
• Business Correspondence skills;
• Ability to analyze and consolidate data, to identify trends;
• A confident user of computer programs (advanced level of ownership of Word, Excel);
• Ready to go to the war zone to the control of the Government of Ukraine (if necessary );
• Preference will be given to candidates with similar experience in non -profit organizations or agencies UN.

II. Functional responsibilities:

• Collection, analysis and systematization of data, aggregate and detailed quantitative and qualitative indicators of the results of the organization;
• identify trends and problematic issues;
• Writing Consolidated Narrative and Quantitative Reports in English, Ukrainian and Russian;
• Documentation in paper and electronic form;
• conducting business correspondence;
• tracking the humanitarian situation and the situation related to protection, in the regions, and prompt informing the management ;
• Preparation of monthly text reports describing the problems in the field of protection, response to them and key recommendations;
• Interaction with representatives of the cluster system, international and national NGOs, state bodies for the purpose of coordination and exchange of information, preparation of the necessary data for this data; which are applied to civil protection activities, adjusting this information;
• coordination of reporting activities, development of tasks and methodological support for the employees responsible for the local reporting;
• if necessary, including the areas where hostilities are conducted, in order to provide practical support for employees responsible for collecting information on the ground.
