SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL
International Solidarity (Si) is an international humanitarian non -governmental organization that provides assistance to the population for more than 40 years, which is victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters, providing vital food, water and housing. In particular, Si is involved in the fight against dangerous water -related diseases, which is one of the causes of death in the world. Si provides examination in the field of access to drinking water, improving the conditions of sanitation and hygiene, as well as in the field of food safety and livelihood. There are about twenty SI-2000 people in total, which consist of expatriates, national staff, permanent staff in the headquarters and volunteers-work with professionalism and dedication, respecting culture. (Si) intends to prevent and fight all kinds of abuse -by all acts of exploitation, abuse and/or sexual harassment (SSEN) against members of the Beneficiaries, fraud, corruption, violation of persons and/or property, financing of human rights activities-which can be carried out as part of its intervention . Si implements zero tolerance on the actions of the ssen. Si will never require a reward for employment. key Responsibilities:
Managing Complaint Response Mechanism (UMR):
- make sure that All complaints related information is properly registered and that the registration log is pure
- adhere to proper implementation of standard UMR operating procedures and send all cases to the appropriate Contact Person
- To ensure further control over all cases transferred to the management, until the time of closing the case
- to provide proper archiving for further use and timely submission UMR Information Plan
Ethics and Professional Practice:
- demonstrate high affection To Privacy
- To respond professionally to the feedback and complaints of beneficiaries and to provide accurate information on international solidarity and UMR programs
- to cover any about any Difficulties related to its activities, Solidarity programs or security issues
- to report any information or difficulty related to its/its Activity
Candidate requirements:
Osvita: in A corresponding field, such as social sciences, communications or similar work experience is an advantage
experience : Previous experience with reviews and complaints is an advantage. Experience in MNGO or local Ngo
Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian-native, knowledge of English is an advantage
Knowledge IT Programs: experienced Microsoft Office Package Package, Basics About Equipment or Network Management
Personal Quality: Empathy and the ability to actively listen, strong communication skills, good analytical abilities, affection for defending The main humanitarian values of the organization

Description of the Position:
Management of Complaint Response Mechanism (CRM) - ENSURE that all information Related to Complaints is Properly Recorded and that Logbook is Clean - Follow Proper Implementation of CRM Standard Operation Procedures and refer all cases to the appropriate focal point - Ensure follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case - Ensure proper archiving for future reference and submit timely complaints reports - Participate in training field teams on CRM information plan Ethic and professional practice: - Display high commitment to confidentiality - Address beneficiaries’ feedback and complaints in a professional manner and provide accurate information on SI programs and CRM Reporting: - Bring to light any difficulty linked to his or her activities, to the programs of Solidarites or security concerns - Report any information or difficulty connected to his/her activity PROFILE FORSAKEN: Studies: A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, communications or equivalent work experience is an advantage Experience: Previous experience with handling feedback and complaints is an advantage. Experience on working in INGO or local NGO Language: Ukrainian-native speaker, knowledge of English is an advantage IT: Proficiency, Pack Office, Basic hardware knowledge or network management Soft skills: Empathy and active listening skills, strong communication skills, good analytical skills, commitment to upholding the organization’s core humanitarian values WORKING CONDITIONS: Place of work: the office is located in the city of Dnipro, possible business trips to Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv regions Contract: fixed term contract (according to Ukrainian legislation) Type of employment: full time Salary: 1240 EURO gross (paid in UAH according to the monthly rate of the bank of the European Commission).
