Collaborate directly with influencers to develop impactful campaigns. Supervise team members with the potential to grow the team as project volumes increase. Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to ensure alignment with business goals. Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and agencies, ensuring budget optimization. Monitor competitor activities in influencer marketing and provide actionable insights to stay competitive. Analyze post-campaign results to identify key learnings and drive continuous improvement in strategy. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketingProven experience working with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Telegram. Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and agencies. Solid understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics. Nice to Have: Experience working with various GEOsA track record of success in scaling influencer marketing efforts.
