Influence marketing manager in JustSchool

We are JustTech, a Ukrainian EdTech company that is actively growing and scaling. We are currently looking for an Influence (Influencer) Marketing Manager who will help scale the influencer direction and build effective cooperation with bloggers.

What will you do:

• Planning and launch of placements with bloggers with a focus on the Ukrainian market (work with leads and CPL control).
• Search and development of cooperation with bloggers (mom blogs, lifestyle, education, IT).
• Negotiations with bloggers, optimization of cooperation conditions and budgets.
• Constant testing of new formats, bloggers, offers and engagement funnels.
• Analysis of campaign results, work with metrics and tables.
• Control of deadlines, TORs and resolution of crisis situations in cooperation with bloggers.

We expect from you:

• Experience in Influencer Marketing from 1 year (experience in EdTech will be significant advantage).
• Having own "warm" base of bloggers.
• Understanding and practical experience of working with metrics: CPA, CPM, CPC, CPL, CTR.
• Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work with indicators and take responsibility for the result.
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and stress resistance.
• Availability of a portfolio.
