Content manager (goods / SMM)
Purpose of the position To ensure:

• up-to-date and correct products on the sites

• quality content and brand presence in social networks

• increasing sales through content, messengers, promotions and information

Who we are we are looking
Required:

• experience working with products on websites / online stores
• understanding of SMM (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / YouTube)

• attention to details, systematicity

• basic understanding of e-commerce

• ability to work with texts and visuals

• responsibility and independence

Will be a plus:

• experience in content management or SMM

• understanding of SEO for product pages

• experience in sales

• interest in auto or motorcycle subjects
  
  

Basic responsibilities:

Products on websites:

• creating and updating product positions on websites and marketplaces

• filling product cards: descriptions, characteristics, photos / videos

• checking the correspondence of descriptions to the real product (with a technical expert)

• checking the relevance of prices, balances and statuses of goods

Content and SMM:

• preparation and publication of content for Instagram / Facebook / TikTok / YouTube

• creation of posts, stories, reels, etc. according to the content plan

• preparation of materials for online advertising and promotions

• preparation of content for offline materials: attachments to parcels, postcards, instructions, price tags

• control of content relevance in all channels

Sales:

• processing of incoming customer requests on Instagram / Facebook / messengers, etc.

• participation in direct sales and messages

• customer consultation on products, compatibility, selection, ordering

Analytics and quality control:

• analysis of customer reviews

• detection of errors in product cards and orders

• transfer feedback to the team to improve processes
