Independent member of the supervisory board of one of the societies in the field of science-intensive mechanical engineering (expert in the field of personnel management) in Ukrayinska oboronna promislovist

General competences of the Supervisory Board:

• Control over activities of the executive body, making key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
• Approval of internal documents that regulate the company's activities, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
• Election, termination of powers, approval of contract terms and determination of remuneration of members of the executive body and other managers of the company;
• Appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit department;
• Approval of the terms of contracts with auditors, review and recommendations based on the results of the audit report;
• Making decisions regarding mergers, reorganization, liquidation and other changes in the structure of the company;
• Approval regulations on Supervisory Board committees, corporate risk management, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond day-to-day activities.

Professional requirements:

• General experience of more than 7 years, of which experience in management positions is at least 3 years, and in personnel management for at least 2 years in industrial companies;
• Experience of participating in projects for the transformation of management and reward systems;
• Experience of conducting work on personnel selection and development;
• Experience of work in the field of organizational development, compensation and benefits;
• Experience of successful implementation of motivation systems (Tskr, KPA, others);
• Knowledge of the current labor legislation of Ukraine;

The advantage will be:

• Work experience in international companies; 
• Previous experience as a member of the Supervisory Board;
• Proficiency in English.

General requirements:

• Flawless business reputation;
• Has not been prosecuted for committing a corruption or corruption-related offense;
• No outstanding convictions;
• No ban on holding positions in the management bodies of economic companies;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language for citizens of Ukraine.
