Our service has been and remains at the highest level, and to maintain this standard, we are looking for a System Administrator to strengthen our IT team and help develop the infrastructure together with our Chief Technology Officer.

- Monitoring and support of office infrastructure:
- Constant monitoring of network status (Wi-Fi, Unifi/Aruba, office routers).
- Support of the Security department with support for security systems (NVR, LCD, CCTV, AJAX).
- Analysis of logs and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
- Access management and Active Directory:
- Configuration and administration of AD (Windows Server), Azure AD (Microsoft Entra).
- Synchronization of user accounts, security groups and rights access.
- By MDM administration:
- Deployment and configuration of the platform (adding devices, security policies).
- Monitoring compliance of devices with established policies, updating and distributing applications.
- Management of credentials and password rotation:
- Management of Mikrotik, MDM, AD, cameras, LCD etc.
- Regular update of passwords.
- Equipment maintenance and integration:
- Inventory of network equipment, integration of new devices (Mikrotik, Starlink, NGFW, etc.).
- Preparation of workplaces and conference rooms, setting up office equipment (LCD, CCTV).
- Documentation and reporting:
- Development and support of technical documentation.
- Reporting and management of tasks in the task tracker.
- Planning and interaction:
- Participation in regular planning, communication and planning of joint tasks with Operations.
- Help in selection, sales and seregular maintenance of equipment.
- Planning the company's preparedness for blackouts.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- From 2 years of experience in system/network administration;
- Knowledge of computer networks and protocols: basics of network topology, OSI model, principles of network operation protocols;
- Experience of working with Linux;
- Experience of deployment and support of Linux/Windows/MacOS workstations;
- Deep understanding of network protocols TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and principles of VPN organization (Mikrotik);
- Experience of remote user support;
- Experience of Windows Server administration: Active Directory (management of accounts, security groups, policies GPO), DNS, DHCP;
- Skills for working with Mikrotik RouterOS (configuration of firewall, NAT, QoS, routing);
- Experience of working with network equipment Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, Ubiquiti;
- Experience of working with VPN, understanding of VPN protocols, RDP, VDI, DNS, HTTP, SSH;
- Experience of working with MDM solutions (preferably Workspace ONE);
- Understanding Azure AD (Microsoft Entra) and AWS AD Connect (configuration and integration for unified access management);
- Working with Wi-Fi solutions (preferably Ubiquiti UniFi or Aruba): installation, configuration, update of the controller;
- Soft skills: time management and task prioritization skills, autonomy, teamwork, proactivity;
- Ability and willingness to write technical documentation;
- Ability to visit the office in Kyiv at least once every 2 weeks.
It will be a big advantage:
- Experience in automating routine tasks (Bash, PowerShell);
- Skills in integrating new network solutions (Starlink, NGFW, firewall systems);
- Experience in managing corporate Apple IDs and working with Apple devices.
