Independent member of the supervisory board of one of the companies in the field of science-intensive mechanical engineering (expert in the field of IT systems and digitalization)

General competencies of the Supervisor councils:

• Control over the activities of the executive body, adoption of key decisions affecting the strategic development of the company;
• Approval of internal documents that regulate the company's activities, except for those related to the exclusive competence of the general meeting;
• Election, termination of powers, approval of contract terms and determination of remuneration of members of the executive body and other managers of the company;
• Appointment and dismissal of the head of the internal audit unit;
• Approval of the terms of contracts with auditors, review and recommendations based on the results of the audit report;
• Making decisions regarding merger, reorganization, liquidation and other changes in the structure of the company;
• Approval of regulations on the committees of the Supervisory Board, management of corporate risks, and consideration of other important issues that go beyond daily activities.

Professional requirements:

• Total experience of more than 7 years, of which at least 3 years of experience in management positions, and at least 2 years in IT in industrial companies;
• Knowledge of the perspectives of technical and economic development of the information technology industry;
• Experience of implementation and use automated enterprise management systems, the basics of the operation of computer networks and database management systems;
• Knowledge of laws, resolutions, decrees of the President of Ukraine, orders and other legal acts of state authorities and local self-government bodies that regulate the use of accounting systems;
• Experience in the implementation of accounting system standards;

The advantage will be:

• Experience of working in international companies; 
• Previous experience as a member of the Supervisory Board;
• Proficiency in English.

General requirements:

• Flawless business reputation;
• Not prosecuted for committing a corruption or corruption-related offence;
• No outstanding convictions;
• No ban on holding positions in economic management bodiesих товариств;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language for citizens of Ukraine.
