Implementation of a unified candidate management system for group enterprisesCoordination of recruiting processes at enterprises: monitoring of personnel needs, standardization of approaches and support in vacancy managementDevelopment and implementation of corporate standards for hiring and staff positions for managers and specialistsEffective sources/channels for closing vacancies at enterprisesRecruitment of candidates for middle and senior positions specialists, office and non-linear production positions for the group's enterprises (full cycle of personnel selection and hiring: from preparation of the vacancy profile to the candidate's offer) positions (job search sites, information from candidates)Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education, work experience of 2 years in recruitment in FMCG, Retail or a manufacturing enterprise, total experience in HR at least 5 years
- Experience in developing effective candidate search and evaluation strategies in conditions of personnel shortage, including mass occupations
- Project management skills
- Skills in working with major job sites, social networks and CRM/ATS systems
- Experience in building recruitment and adaptation processes from scratch
- Experience in other areas of HR will be an advantage
