We are currently looking for an Incident Specialist for one of our businesses to raise the bar of results together.

Challenges waiting for this role:
— You will work with user requests end-to-end - from investigation to final decision, interacting with various teams and stakeholders. It is important to quickly immerse yourself in the context, analyze data and make informed decisions based on facts, maintaining objectivity even in complex cases;
- This role requires you to regularly act as a mediator in contentious situations. In parallel - work proactively: detect violations, monitor user behavior patterns and assess risks before they turn into incidents;
— You will also be responsible for compliance of processes with compliance and regulatory requirements, work with data and evidence to strengthen the quality of decisions and make processes more systematic.


What will you influence:
— The quality and speed of product dispute resolution;
— Increasing the level of user trust;
— Reducing the number of repeat incidents;
— Improving dispute resolution standards;
— Improving internal processes and policies.

What is important to us:
— Knowledge of English from level B1;
— Ability to quickly analyze large amounts of information, make decisions based on data;
— Excellent investigative, problem solving, and critical thinking skills;
— Ability to work with several tasks at the same time and process a large amount of information;
— Quick assimilation of new information, attention to detail;
— High communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams;
— Experience in customer experience (support), dispute resolution team, content moderator.

Would be an advantage:
— Previous experience in moderation, online security or a related field;
— Basic skills in working with Zendesk and Worksection-type CRM systems;
— Experience with Tableau;
— Experience with Notion.
