What we are currently working on:
building a gamified experience in the product (progression, motivation, scenarios) none">create a new level of "live" UX user.
We are currently looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team.
This is a role for a person who thinks in terms of behavior rather than screens. Who knows how to build experience as a system — through scenarios, motivation and logic of interaction.
Our ideal candidate has the following skills:
5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design;
strong UI taste and ability to create a visually coherent, expressive interface (composition, typography, details) understanding and feeling of motion / interaction design (animations as part of the experience, not decoration) ability to work with micro-interactions and interface states (hover, press, transitions, feedback);
understanding of user flow, IA, usability and user decision-making principles;
experience in conducting or interpreting UX research;
ability to work with uncertainty and form solutions from scratch;
strong communication skills and decision reasoning.
It will be a plus:
experience in gamification or game design;
understanding the mechanics of motivation (reward systems, progression, retention);
experience working with products with a high frequency of interaction;
experience working with animations and interactive (for example, Rive, After Effects, or similar) ability to think through the "feel" of the interface - pace, rhythm, system reactions;
experience in A/B testing and working with analytics;
interest in behavioral economics or psychology.
Main duties:
UX design for gamified scenarios (progression, interaction, rewardsand);
building complete user scripts and logic of passage;
creating prototypes to test hypotheses (does the experience work);
developing the visual language of the interface (UI, style, consistency, details) creating and implementation of animations and micro-interactions as part of UX;
work in close connection with the game designer and product team;
participation in forming the product vision and UX strategy.
