As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best persons for our growing team of over 300 contractors.Compensation:Competitive base salary at $400USD per month during the probationary period. Potential to earn $700+ after meeting KPIs following the probationary period.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.Requirements:Proven experience in mass recruitment, with a track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified candidates.Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.Proficient in use of recruitment tools such as Indeed, Social Media Groups, Social Networks and job sites.Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.
