As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best persons for our growing team of over 300 contractors. No prior experience necessary; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in field is essential.Responsibilities:Implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.Skills:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and tools.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Compensation:Competitive base salary at $400USD per month during the probationary period plus bonuses based on KPI after probationary period. Potential to earn $700+ after meeting KPIs following the probationary period.
