Format of cooperation:

You are our Import Procurement Manager if:

• you have experience in planning procurement and import of goods;
• you know the basic principles of foreign trade, customs procedures, requirements of our legislation and Incoterms;
• responsible and able to prioritize tasks and set deadlines;
• for each figure in the report you see a specific nomenclature and independently influence the level of supply of goods in the warehouse, their turnover and lack of illiquidity.

What will be your work tasks?

• maintenance of the order at all stages: analysis of needs, creation of an order, control of supply and posting in the warehouse together with the logistician;
• planning of orders for trusted brands on the basis of the purchase calendar, inquiries of adjacent departments, analysis of sales, balances and forecasted outflow of goods;
• constant communication with partners for coordination favorable terms of delivery;
• creating requests for payment of invoices, control of mutual settlements and compliance with the terms of contracts.
