Import manager in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, invites an Import Manager

Functional responsibilities:

• Planning and ensuring timely deliveries of imported products;
• control payments, debts and settlements with counterparties;
• search for new items and manufacturers, conclusion of contracts;
• protection of the expediency of introducing new items;
• cooperation with adjacent departments of transport logistics and the quality department;
• interaction with suppliers (coordination of shares, order volume, price);
• preparation of the necessary accompanying documentation for deliveries and payments (delivery schedules, payment control, etc.);

• reporting and current documentation, etc.

Skills, mandatory for the performance of functional duties:

• negotiation skills with suppliers;
• experience with software products: Excel, 1C, SAP, Qlik View;
• knowledge of the market situation, the procedure for pricing, taxation;
• knowledge of the procedure for concluding and executing contracts;
• higher education;
• experience in a similar position from the 1st year
