Support Specialist (Slovakia, Bratislava) in PrimeHost

We are currently interested and looking for Support Specialist in Slovakia or with the possibility of relocation to this country. We offer quality tasks, measured and calm work, the opportunity to implement technical solutions.

What awaits you:

• support of virtual hosting customers on technical issues via e-mail, ticket system and online -chat;
• resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, creating a positive experience for each user;
• processing Abuse requests.

Our expectations:

• competent oral and written Ukrainian and English languages;
• English not lower than B1-B2 level for daily communication;
• willingness to work with clients and help them in solving technical problems questions;
• interest in IT development and desire to learn new things.

! It will be an advantage:

• technical education or a completed course in IT;
• basic knowledge of work Internet and hosting services;
• understanding of such protocols as POP/IMAP, FTP, HTTP;
• understanding of DNS, MySQL;
• basic knowledge of HTML, PHP or experience creating sites;
• understanding of the domain life cycle.
