Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (organize the first online/offline meeting of the manager with the customer);
• Lead generation experience in IT or experience as a manager/operator in a call center from 1 year;< /li>
• Experience with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) or UpWork and other sales resources is desirable;
• Quick learning and analytical skills;
• Good intermediate level of English ( will be a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Finding qualified leads on various platforms;
• Finding reliable resources for lead generation;
• Working closely with the sales manager;
• Maintenance of a database of leads;
• Identification of opportunities to improve the company's activities by improving customer engagement processes.
