Hello! We are the VELAR Agency team — a team of ambitious, knowledgeable specialists in Internet advertising. Over the past year, our team has worked with some well-known brands on the territory of Ukraine and the CIS space. At the moment, we have started to pick up the pace of work insanely fast and we are looking for someone who is as ambitious, proactive and creative as us Junior Lead Generation Manager to implement modern and innovative approaches!
Responsibilities:
1. Find new potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, etc.).
2. Conduct needs analysis and identify pain points of potential customers;
3. Processing responses: handling objections, scheduling meetings, etc.(based on ready-made scripts)
4. Organization of meetings, coordination of meetings. The goal of the leadgen is to set up a meeting between the sales/owner and the lead and make sure both come to the meeting.
5. Qualify potential customers
Hard skills:
1. Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets.
2. Completion of assigned tasks in a timely manner and in full, achieving set goals.
3. Understanding how lead generation works, where it starts and where it ends.
4 . Knowledge of English Intermediate (B1) and above, oral and written level.
5 . Experience working with CRM systems, understanding how it works
