What will be in your task list:

• analyze the market and find out the needs and goals of our audience;
• form the learning objectives that the student should achieve in the course and the skills that he should develop;

• design educational programs together with the lecturer (idea, concept, course format);
• brief the lecturer to find out all his wishes regarding the process;
• implement new methods and approaches to learning;
• analyze feedback from students and lecturers + analyze course performance metrics: profitability, satisfaction, engagement;
• develop course improvement plans based on the results of feedback and analytics.< /li>

Skill pack for quality performance of tasks:

• experience in educational projects (methodologies of building educational products);
• be able to build win-win relationships with people;
• interest in the IT field and want to work in the field of online education and influence the learning process;
• be able to evaluate the product globally to see opportunities for improvement;
