IAM Security Consultant (international project (US customer)) in Smart Solutions

We are looking for an IAM Security Consultant for our client.

The position involves working on a project at the client (a well-known American streaming platform). 400; font-style: normal">As an IAM Security Consultant, you will be part of a team that

Operational access management

• Review and approval of access requests taking into account information security risks;
• Conducting a regular review of user rights and preparing management reports;
• Timely access control and process quality improvement in this area;
• IAM process automation support.

IAM Governance and process development

• Analysis of risks in the field of IAM and determination of their impact on the organization (processes, roles, technological components);
• Formation of risk minimization measures and management of their implementation (from initiation to execution control);
• Preparation of reports for internal stakeholders — both manually and through automation tools;
• Development and updating of IAM policies, standards, and other regulatory documents.

Requirements:

• Understanding information security principles and typical IAM risks.
• Knowledge of role-based access models (RBAC/ABAC).
• Experience in the processes of granting, changing and revoking access.
• Understanding key classes of IAM solutions: IGA, IdP, PAM, Secret Management.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM.
• Experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (policies, architectural schemes, integration models).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Skills in working with SQL and queries to databases.
• Level of English language proficiency - B2 - C1 (business English).

Would be preferred:

• Experience working with platforms: Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID.
• Experience building dashboards, reporting or analytical models in PowerBI.
• Participation in projects to build or transform IAM processes.
