 Requirements:

Education:

• Higher education (not lower than a bachelor’s degree) in specialties:

  • "Cyber security";

  • "Information security";

  • "Information systems and technologies";

  • "Computer science" engineering";

  • or other technical education in the presence of specialized certifications.

Knowledge and skills:

• Regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine on cyber security and information protection, including Resolution of the CMU No. 712 (2025), Law "On Cyber Security", "On information".

• Fundamentals of organization of protection of ICS, ICTS, ECTS, TS.

• Basic understanding of cryptographic protection, RTI means, access control, physical protection.

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ND RTI, modern approaches to of cyber security (Zero Trust, NIST CSF) will be an advantage.

• Form and update documentation on organizational and technical protection measures information, assessment and management of security risks.

• Ensure compliance of ICS, EKTS, ICTS with security requirements by developing and implementing complex protection measures (physical protection, crypto-protection, anti-virus, DDoS prevention, backup, etc.).

• Developmentcreate incident response plans, business continuity plans and monitor their implementation.

• Interact with State Special Communications, NCCC, SBU and other bodies on security and cyber protection issues.

• Conduct education, training and briefing of employees on IS and cyber security.

• Participate in the creation and support of digitalization projects (security assessment during development and implementation).
