• Additional training in project management, logistics or international standards of humanitarian aid is desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation requirements.
• Knowledge of technical characteristics of network equipment 0.4–150 kV.
• Understanding logistics processes and principles of supply chain management.
• Confident user of MS Office at an expert level.
• Skills for working with Power BI, Excel Power Query, Teams.
• Working in a CRM system.
• Experience with SAP ERP, MDG preferred
• Basic knowledge of project of management.
• Skills of planning, reporting, analysis.
• Skills of working with large data sets.
• Knowledge of the principles of risk management and change management.
• Skills of conducting negotiations with international partners.
• Knowledge of project management tools and Agile practice
• Experience of working in the energy industry for at least 5 years. 
• Experience of interaction with international organizations and donors will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.

Your main tasks will be:

1. Humanitarian aid management

• Methodological support of the humanitarian aid management process.
• Planning of the receipt and use of humanitarian and donor aid for the performance of works in electrical networks 0.4–150 kV.
• Formation of lists of needs with justification and technical characteristics (Ukrainian/English), indicating European analogues.
• Preparation and submission of requests for provision aid (Ukrainian/English) in CRM and on the platform AidEnergy (Ministry of Energy).
• Processing proposalsoriv, ​​communication with them, coordination and signing of documentation for receiving aid.
• Coordination of accounting, movement, delivery and distribution of received aid.
• Formation of reports on the use of aid (Ukrainian/English) in CRM and AidEnergy.
• Formation of information for creating media content, providing photo materials and details of receiving and using aid. 

2. Logistics, stocks and assets

• Working with stocks: forecasting demand, controlling stock levels, forming measures to reduce stocks.
• Participating in inventory of assets and stocks.
• Forming proposals for the life cycle of equipment, modernization and planned replacements.
• Controlling statuses regarding the supply of equipment.
• Working with international funds in matters of providing equipment to restore networks.
• Search for suppliers in countries around the world to attract help. 

3. Analytics and decision-making

• Preparation of analytical reports for management (revenue dynamics, resource usage, efficiency).
• Predictive analytics of the state of the network and assets to predict failures and determine maintenance priorities.
• Development of measures to reduce operating costs per network unit.
• Using Power BI and Excel Power Query to build interactive reports and visualizations data.
• Making management decisions based on analytics and forecasts (Data-driven decision making).

4. Technical tasks and project management

• Formation of technical tasks taking into account regulatory documentation and standards, with descriptions of requirements for equipment and materials.
• Implementation of the RACI approach to responsibilities — identification of responsible persons, executors, consultations and informing.
• Using project management tools and Agile practices.

5. Business planning and document flow

• Business plan (budget) of income/expenses for the year for the department.
• Working with contractual documentation (reading of contracts, collection and analysis of supplier documents, approval of counterparty and contract in the system, etc.).
