Communications Project Manager до Prometheus in Prometheus

Hello!

This is Alina Derkach, Head of Brand and Grants Communications at Prometheus and your future team member.

For three years of working at Prometheus, I implemented more than 10 donor programs, which brought about 1,000 mentions in the mass media, more than 300,000 registrations on the platform and about 30,000 applications for free retraining and employment programs.

Now I am looking for another specialistin the field of communications with a strong project to join my team mindset, which will strengthen our work on the donor direction and development of the Prometheus and Prometheus PLUS brands.

What will need to be done

Within the donor programs:

• plan PR activities, coordinate the deadlines of the team and maintain a calendar of donor programs,
• prepare and implement promotional campaigns, bring them to communication KPIs,
• collect materials (photos, videos, interviews),
• prepare them for publication in the form of case studies, blogs, videos or posts in cooperation with the SMM manager.
• create final materials demonstrating the results projects.

To develop Prometheus and Prometheus PLUS brands:

• create and publish articles, cases and reviews,
• look for new formats and opportunities for promotion.

 What results we we expect

1. Promo campaigns of donor programs fulfill the set KPIs.
2. The results of donor projects are clearly shown for partners and society.
3. Prometheus is perceived as a leading platform for professional development in Ukraine.

What skills are needed

• experience of working with projects in the field of communications / PR / marketing (experience of classic IT-PM is not a requirement),
• experience of conducting interviews and preparing materials for them basis,
• experience of creating texts in various formats (news, articles, social networks, email, etc.),
• experience of teamwork, in particular planning and managing accountsent-calendars,
• experience in pitching materials to mass media and influencers.
