Work opportunity at СARE_UkraineWe are looking for an HR specialist for our office in Dnipro.🔰If you like to work with people🔰You know how to strengthen the team's capacity and track its effectiveness🔰You are able to work with relevant documents and understand where the soul of the team is hidden, you are definitely the right person for us.Under the direction of the Area Support Services Coordinator, the Human Resource Officer will provide support for the implementation of all human resources and admin policies and procedures and ensure the smooth running of human resources operations in the East Area Office.The main responsibilities include:The position holder willArea Office RecruitmentEnsure understanding of recruitment guidelines for CARE Ukraine Country Office. Responsible for the recruitment of Assistant, Officer, and Coordinator role in the area office. Advertise the vacant positions on the approved website, upon receipt of the approved RAF and updated job description.Ensure the format for the job description is used by the Hiring Manager.Download the CVs a day after the deadline of the job vacancy. Support Hiring Manager with long-listing of candidates, with the criteria provided by the Hiring Manager. Arrange written tests and interview schedule and sit as HR panel in the interview. Conduct reference check for successful candidates and update the result accordingly to the Hiring Manager. Area Office Induction & Onboarding Support with the onboarding of the newly recruited staff. Coordinate with the Area Office Logs Team to ensure that the workstation and the necessary equipment ready for the newly recruited staff. Organize the induction for the area office staff.Support following up with the Head of Department to ensure they dedicate time to provide induction for the newly recruited staff. Coordinate with Safeguarding & GEDI Coordinator to ensure all newly recruited staff participates in the individual session for the safeguarding induction in the area office.Ensure that CARE Ukraine’s policies are communicated effectively to all employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation when needed. Personnel, Reporting and Contract Management Maintain all personnel correspondence relevant to HR/Admin and staff.Ensure the HR database in the area office is updated (including updating staff contact list accordingly) Ensure flow of information from the HR country team to HR field takes place smoothlySupport with tracking of Annual Leave, WFH for the staff in the area office, by ensuring the staff reflects this in personio and staff movement tracker.
