Development and implementation of innovative methods and approaches in attracting candidates and closing vacancies. Determination of recruitment strategy and announcement of vacancies in accordance with of this strategy. Conducting interviews using various evaluation methods. Building networking with candidates. Support of candidates at all stages of interview and adaptation. Analysis of the recruitment and adaptation process. Support of the onboarding and adaptation process of new employees. Completing reports and regular management of direction indicators. Development of regulations, regulatory documents and instructions for the department. Requirements: Work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year. Ability to work in multitasking mode. Knowledge and practical use of various methods of recruiting and attracting personnel, adaptation methods. Experience working with job sites, HR platforms, social networks and databases. High communication skills. Emotional competence and the ability to empathize. Efficiency, initiative, attentiveness, honesty and responsibility.
