Operating in Ukraine, Poland, and Romania, we have over 35 team members across marketing, operations, and tech teams, and we are rapidly scaling.We are looking for an HR Generalist who is proactive, people-oriented, and driven to build a strong, responsible, and motivated team.Who We Are Looking ForAn ideal candidate should have:3+ years of experience in HR within the IT industry, preferably in product IT, startups, or similar fields such as online schools.Strong problem-solving skills: A proacztive attitude, always looking for solutions rather than problems.Experience working in international teams and collaborating with professionals from different cultural backgrounds.Experience building an HR department from the scratch is a big plus.Fluency in English is required.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring a strong, motivated team.
