• Adaptation of employees:Coordination of processes adaptation of new employees, organization of training events.
• Development of corporate culture:Organization of corporate events, participation in the development of motivational programs.
• Assessment and development of personnel : Performance evaluation, participation in the development of employee training and development programs.
• Employee motivation system:Development and implementation of material and non-material motivation system.

Requirements:
