We are looking for a PPC manager with a growth-hacking mindset who will take over the development, implementation and optimization of advertising campaigns. We expect the candidate to have deep skills in working with Performance Marketing tools, the ability to achieve results, generate non-standard solutions and implement them.
The key task is to attract new users of the product with the help of its tools, with a responsible approach to ROI and CAC.

Requirements
- Experience in PPC from 3 years, including NA, LATAM, EU markets
- Proven success in launching and managing RK in Google Ads and Fb Ads
- Strong technical base and deep understanding of analytics and tracking services
- Strong results orientation, attentiveness attention to detail, analytical thinking and systematic work
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- English at B2 level
Responsibilities strong>
- Development and management of PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing and other platforms.
- Creation of advertisements, A/B testing.
- Development of creative ideas and advertising materials taking into account the specifics of the product and CA. Preparation of technical tasks for creation of creatives.
-Evaluation of effectiveness both by the main metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROI, etc.), and to look further on the User Journey Map and adjust your strategy based on the data.
- Traffic analysis, identifying trends and implementation of practical recommendations to improve results (Google Analytics, product analytics).
- Research of direct and indirect competitors from the point of view of successful approaches in attracting users.
- Work in close cooperation with the team for continuous improvement of product metrics and user journey.
- Compliance management of advertising accounts.

- Google Ads and Google Analytics certificates
- Knowledge of Polish, Spanish
- Work experience in a food company
