Your tasks:

• Ambitious challenge - construction and implementation of all HR processes from 0;
• Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy;
• Team formation and development;
• Building and development of the company's HR-Brand;
• Formation of corporate culture;
• Development and implementation of tangible and intangible motivation;
• Implementation of NPS and eNPS, and based on the results, development of improvement measures;
• Analysis, systematization and improvement of the recruiting process;
• Implementation of HR analytics and planning;
• Labor market monitoring and timely implementation of changes;
• Performance of personnel audit, management of personnel rotations;
• Maintaining a positive psychological climate in the team;
• Active participation in the development of the company.

Our expectations:

• higher education;
• obligatory work experience in a similar position in retail from 3 years;
• successful experience in building and implementing all HR processes from 0;
• experience in forming and maintaining corporate culture and Employer Brand;
• excellent knowledge of the Labor and Employment Code of Ukraine;
• possession of modern methods of training, adaptation and assessment of personnel;
• ability to work in an intensive and multitasking mode;
• orientation on the result!
