KEY TASKS
- Development of HR strategy for achievement of business goals;
- Creation of an optimal organizational structure;
- Organization of personnel training and evaluation system;
- Organization of employee evaluation and formation of internal personnel reserve;
- Promoting the development of a corporate culture that would support the motivation of the Company's personnel and ensure the achievement of its goals;
- Ensuring the effective functioning of the personnel recruitment and adaptation system;
- Independent closing of TOP, MIDDLE management vacancies;
- Optimization and description of internal HR processes;
- Analyzing the use of the wage fund by employee categories and other personnel costs;
- Formation and control of the budget according to HR articles;
- Development of regulations on bonuses and material incentives;
- Participation in improving motivation systems;
- Optimization of the number, management of the number of units;
- Participation in the construction of the KPI system;
- Control over the performance of planned indicators for bonuses;
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- The successful candidate must have at least five years of management experience in human resource management in companies where business success is linked to the quality of human capital and where people create the main value.
- Have experience in implementing corporate culture.
- The candidate must have solid knowledge of economics jobs.
- Developed communication skills.
- Willing to consider HRM candidates interested in HRD role.
