Requirements for the candidate

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 month, preferably in the production or technical field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic search and recruitment methods.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
• High level of responsibility and organization.
• li>Proficient PC skills.

The main ones responsibilities

• Search and selection of personnel for various divisions of the company, including production, technical and administrative positions.
• Conducting interviews.
• Coordinating the recruitment process from initial contact to employee adaptation. 
• Collaboration with department heads to determine their staffing needs.
