In connection with the expansion of the staff, announces a competition for the position of: Human Resources Director (HRD)

POSITIONS OBOV'LANGUAGES:

• Support, construction and development of HR processes through the formation of policies (staff up to 300 employees);
• Formation and implementation of HR strategy;
• Development of HR brand;
• Optimization and automation of HR processes;
• Organization of effective recruitment ;
• Market analysis, development of personnel remuneration system;
• Development of personnel motivation and involvement programs;
• Development of corporate culture and support of loyalty to the company;

• Formation of approaches to the organization of training and personnel development;
• Analysis of personnel turnover, analytical reporting;
• Participation in strategic initiatives and projects.
