If you have:

•         ?professional higher education (personnel management);
•       additionally attended or plan to attend professional courses, seminars, active participant in professional master classes;
•       experienced user of RK (Excel, Word, Power Point)?
•       orient yourself in labor legislation. 
•       ??work experience HRG from 5 years or HRBP from 3 years;
• experience in the hotel and restaurant sector (will be an advantage)

Your main tasks will be:?

•        ?Development and implementation of HR-strategy 
• Formation of corporate culture in the hotel complex.
•         Definition of values ​​and corporate behavioral competencies, their integration into HR processes.
•         Development and implementation of the procedure for searching and recruiting personnel. Ensuring timely closing of vacancies. Formation of personnel reserve for seasonal work
•       Building a system of adaptation of employees, including seasonal ones. Development of necessary materials: Welcomebook, newcomer package, etc.
•         Development of intangible motivation to increase the level of staff involvement.
•         Building a training system in the Central Government.
•         Organization, coordination and implementation of events to support corporate culture.
• HR process automation
•         Formation of HR budget.
•         Coordination of personnel administration. (Tabling. Management of HR. Control over compliance with the quantitative composition of personnel in high season, low season)
•         Development of local normative documents: Code of corporate ethics, Job profiles, Job instructions).?
• Organization and measurement of working hours
•         Reporting.
