• Main requirements for the candidate:
• Experience in the field of recruiting from 2 years
< li>Experience in maintaining personnel documentation from 2 years
• Experience: keeping military records, obtaining the status of critical enterprises, booking employees - will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the process of finding and hiring personnel, including the use of recruiting platforms and tools
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess the skills and potential of candidates
• High communication skills and the ability to establish good relationships with applicants and colleagues
• Organizational skills and ability work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, critical thinking and decision-making
• Adherence to the principles of confidentiality and ethics in working with applicants and personal data

Working conditions:
