Main duties:
- Psychodiagnosis and counseling:
- Conducting psychological assessments and diagnostics
- Providing individual and group consultations
- Development and implementation of individual therapy plans
- Psychocorrective work:
- Conducting psychocorrective sessions with clients of different age groups
- Using modern methods and techniques of psychotherapy
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting correction plans as needed

- Working with families:
- Conducting family consultations
- Teaching parents how to support children with special needs
li> - Professional interaction:
- Cooperation with other specialists of the center (speech therapists, speech pathologists, rehabilitation specialists)
- Participation in multidisciplinary discussions
< li>Documentation and reporting:- Maintenance of corrective routes
- Preparation of reports on client progress
- Participation in the development of the methodological materials center
li>- Professional development:
- Participation in professional trainings and conferences
- Following new research and methods in the field of psychology and psychotherapy
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education in the specialty "Psychology" or "Clinical psychology" (bachelor/master)
- Additional education in the field of psychotherapy (preferred Gestalt therapy, CBT, EMDR, art therapy, etc.)
- Experience as a psychologist/psychotherapist
- Experience working with children and adults with special needs (preferred)
- Knowledge of modern methods of psychodiagnosis and psychocorrection
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work in a team
- Readiness for continuous professional development
