Logos Progress Correctional Center is a leading correctional center that provides high psychological assistance and support to our clients. We are looking for a qualified and dedicated psychologist and psychotherapist to expand our professional team for both children and adults.

Main duties:

1. Psychodiagnosis and counseling:
   • Conducting psychological assessments and diagnostics
   • Providing individual and group consultations
   • Development and implementation of individual therapy plans
2. Psychocorrective work:
   • Conducting psychocorrective sessions with clients of different age groups
   • Using modern methods and techniques of psychotherapy
   • Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting correction plans as needed

   • Working with families:
     • Conducting family consultations
     • Teaching parents how to support children with special needs
   • Professional interaction:
     • Cooperation with other specialists of the center (speech therapists, speech pathologists, rehabilitation specialists)
     • Participation in multidisciplinary discussions
   < li>Documentation and reporting:
   • Maintenance of corrective routes
   • Preparation of reports on client progress
   • Participation in the development of the methodological materials center
   • Professional development:
     • Participation in professional trainings and conferences
     • Following new research and methods in the field of psychology and psychotherapy

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the specialty "Psychology" or "Clinical psychology" (bachelor/master)
• Additional education in the field of psychotherapy (preferred Gestalt therapy, CBT, EMDR, art therapy, etc.)
• Experience as a psychologist/psychotherapist
• Experience working with children and adults with special needs (preferred)
• Knowledge of modern methods of psychodiagnosis and psychocorrection
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Ability to work in a team
• Readiness for continuous professional development
