We help in the search for an HR Director for a leading Ukrainian company in the field of performance marketing and media buying with global reach. About the role
We are looking for an HR Director who can build and strengthen the HR function as a system: recruitment, retention, training and operational HR processes in a dynamic performance environment. The role is for a person who thinks in a business way, works with metrics and takes responsibility for the result.
Key tasks
- Build/strengthen the hiring engine: processes, funnel, hiring quality, recruiter control (focus on junior flow and key roles in performance and back-office).
- Support the team in a period of change: retention, reducing turnover, working with risks/burnout at a high pace.
- Systematize onboarding and training: make materials structured, understandable, scalable.
- Implement automation and AI in HR (job description, screening, training materials, routine) together with HRIS.
- Help make more transparent roles/areas of responsibility and approach to performance evaluation (especially for back-office).
- Support international recruitment and contractor onboarding (especially Philippines).
Must-have
- 3-5+ years in HR, with experience building processes (leadership role or “single HR function”).
- Strong recruiting as a system: funnel, conversions, speed, quality.
- English B2+ (working with international contractors and English speakers materials).
- Experience with HRIS (Hurma/PeopleForce or similar); interest in automation/AI is a must.
- Practicality, independence, willingness to propose solutions and take responsibility.
- Data-driven approach: experience in making management decisions based on data analysis, ability to interpret HR metrics and transform them into concrete steps to improve business indicators.
