Your tasks:

• Search and recruitment of personnel (publication of vacancies on job sites and search for alternative channels of attracting candidates)
• Formation and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
• Organization of personnel selection, adaptation and development processes.
• Support of corporate culture and internal communications.
• Implementation of HR policies, procedures and standards.
• Consultative support for managers in matters of team management.
• Analysis of HR metrics, preparation of reports and optimization of HR processes.
• Participation in the development and implementation of instructions and policies for effective staff work.
• Participation in the organization of company corporate events.

We want to see in you:

• Experience in the position of HRD / Head of HR / HR Business Partner from 3-5 years.
• Deep knowledge of HR processes: recruiting, adaptation, motivation, development, evaluation, corporate culture.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to combine HR strategy with company goals.
• Practical experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical thinking, ability to make decisions and work in conditions of change.
